You’re halfway there. The courage to tear down self-built walls — if you can maintain a grasp on it, it’s one of the greatest assets in your arsenal. The self-compassion is sometimes a matter of courage as well — overcoming the fear of being average, or just as human as everyone else. But we need to celebrate our uniqueness while remembering that we are designed to fall, learn and rise again, and thus forgiving ourselves for our beautiful imperfections.
