I was blocking out writing advice for a while, and clicked into this one, because, well, Tim Denning's words never disappoint and oh what a ride with that story!

Absolutely agree! Have a heartbreak, ache like this is going to kill you, find healing in writing. Been there. Wouldn't ask anyone to get their heart broken, but when it *inevitably* does, yes, please, just write!
